During a session I will help you relax and let go. But what does the hands on healing experience really feel like? Can you remember or imagine being on holiday, lying on the beach, deeply aware of your body's sensations, the warmth, the light and the ease in your muscles? I use my hands to create a similar experience. I connect to your energy and take you on journey within. I will also listen to your story, your feelings, fears, hopes, visions and aspirations. I will create a safe place for you where you can tell me anything, just like talking to a best friend.

Deep empathy and understanding influence my work because I have already overcome many profound challenges in my own life, both personal and health-related. Polarity Therapy has helped me to deal with all of this and moulded me into the person I am today.

I am ready to share my love, joy, satisfaction, and vision with my fellow human beings. Touching people's heart, easing their physical and emotional pain is the true goal of my life.
